Initial Intake Sessions: $175
Individual Sessions: $150
Sessions typically last between 50-55 minutes. Cash, credit card, and check are all acceptable forms of payment.
Insurance

We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Blue Choice PPO insurance plans. If you plan to use out-of-network insurance benefits, we will collect the fee directly from you, and then can either submit to your insurance for reimbursement, or provide you with a monthly statement that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee. Please note that insurance companies do not reimburse for missed appointments.
