Fees
Initial Intake Sessions: Fees range from $155 - $175
Individual Sessions: Fees range from $135 - $150
Sessions typically last between 50-55 minutes. Cash, credit card, and check are all acceptable forms of payment.
Insurance
We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Blue Choice PPO insurance plans. If you plan to use out-of-network insurance benefits, we will collect the fee directly from you, and then can either submit to your insurance for reimbursement, or provide you with a monthly statement that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge for the full session fee. Insurance companies do not reimburse for missed appointments.
